- 1 pound carrots peeled and cut into sticks or left whole if baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves optional
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
