For the Pizza Rolls:
- 1 lb pizza dough homemade or store-bought
- 3-4 garlic cloves minced
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Marinara sauce for dipping, optional
For Garnish:
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)
Add the Filling:
Use a pastry brush to spread melted butter evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Italian seasoning evenly over the surface.
Arrange on the Baking Sheet:
