Pancake Batter
2cupspancake mix
1 ½cupsmilk
2large eggs
2tbspmelted butter
Topping
1/2cupmaple syrup
1tspvanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, eggs, and melted butter, stirring until smooth.
Pour the pancake batter into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
While baking, mix maple syrup and vanilla in a small bowl.
